OUR IDEA OF\u00a0CSR<\/h2>\n

We recognize that our operations, products, and services have a wider impact\u00a0and can therefore actively\u00a0contribute to the social and economic development of the communities in which we operate<\/strong>. We aim, through our actions and\u00a0policies, to demonstrate this mindset. We have therefore\u00a0to brought\u00a0together our existing operating principles into one framework policy.<\/p>\n

OUR 5 KEY\u00a0CSR AREAS<\/h2>\n

We focus our\u00a0corporate social responsibility<\/strong>\u00a0(CSR) program in five key areas :\u00a0governance, economics, environment, social and labour.<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Investing in health and safety systems<\/li>\n
  • Socially responsible investment<\/li>\n
  • Developing \u00a0relationships with employees, suppliers and customers<\/li>\n
  • Working in partnership with local stakeholders and communities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    OUR CSR PRIORITIES<\/h2>\n

    • The compliance of all of the law provisions relevant to the operation of the company, the protection of the environment and the preservation of natural resources for each task performed<\/li>\n
    • The provision of the necessary resources for safety and health of the staff at work.<\/li>\n
    • The continuous maintenance of the work environment and to take all of the necessary meters for its improvement.<\/li>\n
    • To take all necessary actions for a mutual advantageous and symbiotic relationship with the local community<\/li>\n
    • The continuous and effective response to the training needs of the staff<\/li>\n
    • The continuous communication with its suppliers and the clients and social responsibility issues<\/li>\n
    • The cooperation with the local public or private bodies, the local communities, clients, employees and partners to improve our social responsibility performance<\/li>\n
    • The ability to collect feedback \u00a0with the aim to settle the targets for the continuous improvement of our CSR activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      VetaShelvingSystems , member of VETA Group , through the health and security policy is committed:<\/p>\n

      • To fully complied with the Health and Safety laws and regulations for the staff.<\/li>\n
      • To put new policies in place and enforce them<\/li>\n
      • To enforce all the necessary measures and actions for the prevention of occupational accidents and professional diseases<\/li>\n
      • To ensure the full implementation, of the monitoring and reviewing of health and safety by all of the company\u2019s staff members and for the total of its activities.<\/li>\n
      • \u00a0To enhance the adaption and continuous application of the Health and security procedures, in the case of any change in the internal structure, activity and installation of the equipment.<\/li>\n
      • To constantly \u00a0review\u00a0 the Health and Safety plan in \u00a0order to set targets for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n
      • To continuously update the health and safety plan to avoid occupational accidents.<\/li>\n
      • To provide of all of the necessary information and staff training for Health and Safety issues.<\/li>\n
      • To ensure the notification of our Health and Safety rules to all interested parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
