The managers of the company has developed the policy for social responsibility according to the development of mutual trust between them
and the employees as well as the partners, suppliers and clients.

The managers of VETA S.A through this policy commit themselves to the following:

Complying with statutory rules related to the operation of the company

Providing all necessary measures for safety at workplace

Providing all necessary measures for health of employees at workplace

Continuous supervision of workplace and taking all necessary measures for every improvement needed

Taking all necessary measures for the effective cooperation with local authorities

Taking all necessary measures for the effective coexistence with local community

Environmental protection

Saving natural resources during each task executed by the company

Saving natural resources during the daily operation of the company

Complying with statutory rules related to the environmental protection

Providing continuous and effective training courses to employees

Contact with suppliers and clients and providing information for issues of social responsibility to them

Cooperating with local authorities, local community, clients, employees, partners to improve issues of social responsibility

Taking all necessary measures to protect the environment

Collecting results related to social responsibility in order to identify targets to be improved

To achieve those targets, company’s management commit themselves to ensure all resources for implementing
the policy of social responsibility.

The policy of social responsibility is available to all employees, subcontractors/ partners and company’s suppliers.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

The Company Management has developed its OHS Policy based on employee safety and high quality services.

Through its OHS Policy, VETA SA is committed to:

Fully complying with OHS laws and regulations;

Providing all necessary resources to prevent occupational accidents and diseases;

Implementing, monitoring and reviewing OHS procedures as a whole;

Ensuring compliance with OHS procedures and all company activities in general by all company staff;

Adjusting and keeping OHS procedures applicable on an ongoing basis, in case of any change in internal structures, activities and facilities/equipment;

Reviewing and analyzing the OHS plan to set continuous improvement goals;

Updating the OHS plan on an ongoing basis aiming at zero occupational accidents;

Communicating OHS matters to the staff on an ongoing basis;

Providing necessary OHS information and training resources to the staff;

Notifying all stakeholders of the corporate OHS regulations.

To implement its OHS Policy, VETA SA requires the active engagement of employees in compliance with, development and documentation of all OHS procedures.

All employees contribute to the substantial implementation and improvement of the OHS system.

The OHS policy is communicated to all staff.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

The Company Management has developed an Environmental Policy based on the safe management of environmental issues and the implementation of any preventive action, where necessary.

Through the Environmental Policy, VETA SA is committed to the following:
